Mental health counseling space for anxiety, depression, and couples therapy

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am Gottman trained. I believe couples therapy and individual therapy is a powerful path to connection in a sometimes fragmented lonely world.

I am a California native.  I believe this part is a bit boring.

I was a journalist and poet before going to graduate school for psychology.  As a child, I daydreamed about becoming a painter, the ones who painted walls, it was just very soothing and it was time spent with my father. (I was a middle)

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

I believe therapy is one path to healing and that there are many.

My work is informed by evidence based practices, deep listening, and a respect for the courage it takes to show up honestly.

I pay close attention to patterns, emotional undercurrents, and moments where things get stuck.

I don’t let sessions drift or spiral, and I step in when something needs structure or clarity. People tend to feel steadier, more grounded, and more capable of facing what they’ve been avoiding.

Let’s get started.
